Where to meet
SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro Station
Make your own way Near the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exit is on the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.) Open daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Know before you go
Good to know: - This is valid for foreign visitors only and cannot be used by Japanese citizens. You will be required to show a valid ID. - Please redeem your pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Centre Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station. - Please note that stopovers are not allowed for this pass. - Use of the Limited Express Train is not included in this pass. - The physical ticket is valid for one use within two weeks after the date of exchange.
