A setup flow per product type
38 archetypes, each with its own wizard. A cooking class asks for a meeting point and a class size. A cruise asks for cabin grades and single supplements. Neither has to pretend to be the other.

For tour operators
One product record feeds the marketplace and every connected trade buyer. There is no second calendar to keep in sync, which removes the most common cause of overselling in this industry.
What you get
Most platforms were designed for one product shape and bolted the rest on afterwards. This one starts from the assumption that a timed-entry ticket, a private charter and a fourteen night overland trip are genuinely different things.
38 archetypes, each with its own wizard. A cooking class asks for a meeting point and a class size. A cruise asks for cabin grades and single supplements. Neither has to pretend to be the other.
Set your price once and every buyer pays it, traveller or trade. Our commission comes out of it, and you choose per product how much: a higher level costs more and shows the product more.
Departure times or opening hours, per-departure capacity, seasonal calendars and blackout dates. One counter, decremented the moment a seat is held anywhere.
Refund tiers as structured data, so every channel displays and enforces the same terms. The rules that applied when a booking was made stay with it forever.
Every traveller-facing string, including your product titles and descriptions, is stored per language. Adding a market later does not mean rebuilding your listings.
Confirmed bookings issue their vouchers immediately, per seat or per booking, with QR or PDF delivery and your own redemption instructions.
How it works
Most operators are live within a week. The part that takes the longest is usually writing good meeting point instructions, and it is worth the time.
Tell us what you run and where. We review applications within one business day, and we check that you are the operator rather than a reseller.
Pick from 38 archetypes. Each one opens its own setup flow, so a walking tour asks about meeting points and a multi-night cruise asks about cabin grades.
Departure times or opening hours, capacity, seasons and blackout dates. Your price is what travellers and trade buyers pay, and nothing is added to it.
Four levels, chosen per product. A higher level costs a larger commission and shows the product more: a Featured label, then the home page, then a section of its own there.
Your product goes live on the marketplace and becomes visible to every connected trade buyer at the same moment, from one record.
Commission and payouts
No listing fee, no subscription, no charge for API access. Commission applies to confirmed bookings only, and it goes back with a refund.
What a 50.00 seat leaves you
A traveller pays 50.00, and so does a trade buyer. Nothing is added to your price.
| Promotion level | Commission | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1Standard listing | 15%, - 7.50 | 42.50 |
| Level 2Featured label | 20%, - 10.00 | 40.00 |
| Level 3Also on the home page | 25%, - 12.50 | 37.50 |
| Level 4Also its own home page section | 30%, - 15.00 | 35.00 |
These are the default percentages, and we can agree different ones with a particular operator. You choose the level for each product and can change it whenever you like. The pricing guide works it through in full.
Questions
Nothing to list and nothing monthly. We take a commission on confirmed bookings only, as a percentage of your price. If a booking is refunded, our commission on what was refunded goes back with it.
Yes. The price you set is what travellers and trade buyers pay, and nothing is added to it. Our commission comes out of it, at the promotion level you choose for each product. Through the supplier API you can also set a minimum selling price, so no reseller undercuts your own website.
Yes. The supplier API lets you create products, push availability and rates, and read your bookings. Everything the panel can do, the API can do, because they run through the same code.
You receive the booking immediately with the traveller's details, and the seat is taken out of availability everywhere at the same moment. If you have a webhook configured, we call it too.
Your share of each confirmed sale, your price less our commission, goes into your wallet in the panel. When depends on the payout timing agreed for your account: as soon as the booking is paid for, once it can no longer be refunded, or after the travel date, which is the default. Ask for a withdrawal whenever you like; we send it in US dollars to the bank account you keep in the panel and mark it paid with the transfer's reference.
Connect it through the supplier API and keep it. The requirement is not that you switch systems, it is that one system owns availability so nothing can be sold twice.
Yes. Visibility is per audience, so you can expose inventory to trade buyers while keeping it off the public marketplace, or the other way round.
Apply
We review every application by hand and reply within one business day. We do check that you operate the experience rather than resell it, because that promise is the whole point of the marketplace.
